What this is

Software for running a co-operative housing society in Maharashtra: bills and receipts, the statutory registers, the gate, complaints, notices, meetings and documents. Your managing committee runs your society; this product records and enforces what the committee decides.

Who may use it

Members, residents, staff and committee members of a society that has been set up here, each with the role the committee gives them. Your account is yours alone. Do not share your password; if you think someone else has it, change it.

What you agree to

• Give accurate information about yourself and your flat.
• Upload only what you have the right to upload. A photograph of another person's document is that person's data, not yours.
• Do not use the notice board, complaints or polls to harass, threaten or defame anyone.
• Do not attempt to reach records that are not yours.

What your committee is responsible for

The committee decides what is collected, who holds which role, and how long photographs are kept. It is responsible for the accuracy of the society's own records and for using the gate's photographs lawfully and proportionately. Where this notice and a committee resolution disagree about the society's own affairs, the committee governs its society.

What we are responsible for

Running the service with reasonable care, keeping the access rules working, and telling your committee promptly if personal data is exposed.

What we do not promise

• Uninterrupted service. Maintenance happens, and connections fail.
• That this is legal, accounting or tax advice. The compliance calendar is a reminder of a deadline; it is not your auditor, your lawyer or your chartered accountant, and it does not replace any of them.
• That a machine translation of a notice carries the exact force of the original. The original is always kept and always available.

Money

This product does not hold, move or take your money. When you pay by UPI, the payment goes directly from your app to your society's own account; the product records that you said you paid, and your office confirms it against the society's bank. Nothing here is a payment service.

Ending it

You may close your account at any time from the Account screen. Your committee may remove a person who is no longer a member or resident. Records the society must keep by law stay in the society's books either way.
